What RPTV is it?

Hi,
after having some bad experiences with sony tvs and hopefully getting refund i'm now going to wait till january as i got more dosh and i thought i would invest on a big screen! Now the curious thing is i went to currys about 1 month ago and they had this RPTV that you could stand like 1-2 metters away and the image was good, you could stand on a side angle and you could see it the image properly, its had LCD technology, i had a look at other RPTV but they all have problem in which you must be lookign at it on the right height and the angle to the side well it goes all dark.
SO now i thought let me have a look how much it costs and it wasn't there and now i don't know which one it was!
So now i'm asking wich ones are otuthere that have lcd technology so that i can have a good look and maybe buy one!
Appreciate all your comments!
