upgrading 21" to 28" advice

Currently i have a 21" which as you can imagine is quite poor i'm wanting some advice on a 28" to upgrade to. I'm looking at about £350 -- poor student here :-p So please hit me with your suggestions and good advice

I bought from Comet a Toshiba 28 inch widescreen, flatscreen nicam stereo including a stand, all for £324, and it's excellent.
