Loewew Aventos Cinema Setup

Ok - after browsing here for weeks have taken the plunge and gone for the Loewe Aventos from TV&Video direct. Arriving next Thursday.

As to setup i have Sky+, a cheapo Reoc A5 DVD - but with Dolby Digital decoder in it and a VHS Video (now almost defunct due to Sky+!).

What would be a good way to connect the DVD, Sky+ and Aventos?

I have ordinary 'Currys' type SCART leads - would an upgrade of these improve quality? if so where from?

How would I get decent sound, cinema maybe - without splashing out too much? I'm a bit of a newbie in this field and would require step by step guide!
