F&%$£$% TV's!!!!!!

Hi,

I recently bought a new Toshiba 32z33 and I am totally unsatisfied with the picture. There is so much 'noise' on the screen always, and also most RGB things look really bad. The colour is not so good either.

I was wondering if the condensation in the box could have caused the TV to deteriorate somehow as the screen was soaking when i took it out of the box? I assume the insides must have got wet also. I'm gonna send it back but it's gonna cost me a bomb

I'll never order online again anyway.

Will they charge me for the delivery both ways? or will they refund the delivery to me? I sure hope so otherwise i've wasted 100 quid
