Is the Panasonic TX-P42UT50 as bad as the PX60 as in reflection of screen?

I understand that the new 2012 Panasonic plasma range is better than my current Panasonic 42PX60 but what about the reflection on the screen. How does the new 42UT50 reflect against the PX60? I understand the 42ST50 is better than the UT50 model but can’t find the budget to get a ST50. So to simply it is the 42UT50 better, same or worse than a 42PX60 with refection?

Your PX60 gives very good performance despite its paper spec ( was not built down to a price ! ) , however UT series is a long way behind the ST or VT in picture performance . UT is only just above the mediocre X & XT . You pays your money and all that LOL

Just another though as your current Tv has excellent sound you will need to purchase ( at the very least ) a sound bar as even top end TV's are quite a step back in this area .

Slightly wrong there mate, if last years UT series is anything to go by anyway
I had the UT30 and tbh aside from the filter there is nothing in it regarding performance to the step up models IMO
OP if you read the review on this site for UT50 it should provide all the answers you need

Hmmm well after seeing them all lined up in Panasonic shops there is a large difference in performance -- black levels , sharpness of the graphics , moving image response , design & better connectivity .

You "had" a ut30 what have got now and why did you change ? LOL

vertical lines issues on both sets I had, got a 51D8000 Samsung plasma atm

No good seeing them in a shop to compare picture quality tbh, they come into their own at home, Mark said this set was near as dammit equivalent to the ST50/GT50 (in a dark room)
Design is subjective but connection wise I agree
