Indian 3D test Card

Hi Guys had my new 42lM660T delivered yesterday anyway having hooked it up to my wall mount in my bedroom noticed i had some ghosting from the 3D so I realized the TV was mounted to far up and needed to come down 6 to 8 inches.

So looked for some 3D test cards so i could judge just how far it needed to come down.
Noticed this youtube clip where a guy uses a test jpg with the indian test pattern on the right and a black on the left, having searched for this image and not finding one i quickly mocked one up.

Take a look at the youtube clip on how to use it, you can also use the 3D depth control to align the horizontal images perfectly.

Image attached for you guys.

There's a good test of cross-talk in this thread:

Also see Post #111 for yet another 3D test card

EDIT:

Markus, that's only a low res test card you've uploaded

If you want to be impressed by your new passive set then checkout this thread:

Well just for a "sweet spot" test its pretty good. Ive found if i slouch down an inch or 2 on my chair it gives an even spread for the black. Thanks!

You link to a 1280 x 720 image which isn't displayable at all on my LG (in 3D). Perhaps it was degraded on upload ?

Are you not going to mount your set at centre eye level then rather than having to tilt it down. I find passives are far nicer if mounted exactly vertical since anyone in the whole room can then watch.

Must have been downgraded on upload because my original is 1920x1080, yeh this is for my bedroom but noticed when im lying on my bed i get a ghost image but if i sit up like a mercat i can see the 3d effect perfectly, so going to lower the mount tomos.

Well, you would think so looking at that YouTube clip lol

The allowable vertical angle should be something 12-15°. That's unless LG have made big changes to their recent passive displays which I'd think very unlikely.
