Hell with it!

OK, been along hard month of TV searching, I have read every topic, every review, been to every place in my area lol. I have boiled it down to 3-2 TV's and i hope these are final. Which would you pick?

Sony 37W5500....... £800+3years (maybe 40 if i can get the money)

Samsung LE40A786....... £890+3years

Samsung LE40B650....... £889+3years

Also, is the B650 got the same specs as the 656? i cant seem to find the full spec list for the B650, any info would be great.

Re: Hell with it!

The B650 is the new 656, it should be the 656+more. From those 3 I would go with either the B650 or the 786, probably the B650 (it's new)

I'm concentrating on the 40B650 and just looking for the best deals at the moment, would appreciate any feedback you have on this and I'll do likewise, cheers

Have a look at the reviews and decide:

B650: Samsung LE40B650 Review: 40" 1080p 100Hz LCD Internet TV

A786: Samsung LE40A786 Review

Glad i could help by needing help

Thought you might like to know i went Comet today and they had both sets on display (both in SD), They also had the 46A786 (bluray demo) and it looked great. I found a bluray player with oceans 13 and no customer service dudes around, all on T-Break or sumit lol, so i took the bluray and connected it up to the 40B650 ( someone did come round and said np) it looked really great and the blacks were fantastic, even compared to the 786 which were = as good. To me the 2 sets are excellent the only thing you have to decide is LED backlight vs the Internet TV/Media centre, and am swaying more towards the B650 purly because i saw it on a real bluray not a demo from in-store and got to mess with alot of the features. To me whichever you choose you will be very very happy with the choice. Think am going to order the B650 tonight, but if they ring tomorrow and say "Sorry sir the B650 isnt in stock, it was a site error, we do have the A786 if you want that" i would be = as happy
