CCFC LE40A856 versus LED LE46A956

Help! I was already to go out and buy a Samsung LE40A856 as I thought the quality was excellent. But further research has thrown up a dilema. The 856 has CCFC backlight whereas the new 956 is LED and the expert review I read proposed that the LED backlight was the next generation and miles better. The 46" is a bit big for me but I am keen on the LED technology. Anyone got any "bright" ideas (pun intended!)

Have you considered A786? Its also LED and available at 40".

Thanks Audiphile. Read the reviews and am now convinced that the "9" series is the one to go for. I'll wait for one to come up in a sale somewhere!
