Best 32" LCD TV for £300. Gaming, DVD and Freeview.

Hi guys, Christmas in coming and I'm sure poeple are asking for help chosing presents. Well, me too.

We have a budget of £300 for a tv for my teenage son. He uses his PS3 for gaming (fps mostly) and watching DVD's / Bluray and watching freeview. He sits about 4-9ft from the screen (mostly 4ft).

We've found the following tv's, has anyone got one or have any opinions, comments or any other recommedations.

LG32LH2000
SAMSUNG LE32B450
TOSHIBA 32AV615DB REGZA

Thank you.

Thanks, had a look at a few sets today. I thought the picture on the Toshiba was a lot smoother than the Samsung. Having said that I doubt either had been set up correctly.

I second the Toshiba, bought one off Amazon last week for £320, although they have now reduced it to £310 now!!! (i got a refund on the extra £10 luckly)

I would pay the extra £20 and go for the 635 over the 615. Its a lot of TV for very little money and has some pretty fancy video proccessing in it. Picture quality does seem better than the Samsung and it doesnt blur/smear like the sammy.
