26" HD vs 26" HD vs 24" 1080p TV?

Which TV would you say is better?

LG 26" 1366 x 768 TV
http://www.richersounds.com/product/lcd-…

Bush 26" 1366 x 768 TV
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/pa…

Or a 24" 1920 x 1200 TV
http://www.richersounds.com/product/lcd-…

Will be placed in a small/medium sized living room and will be connected to a V+ HD box and a DVD player. They are all the same price.

Either the LG or the Samsung (not that you need 1080p for your needs at all), avoid Bush for sure. Samsung 26b450 might be an option too?

Get at least a 26". Bear in mind that when a product says "only available in store" on the RS website that doesn't mean it'll definitely be available, in other words, that particular set might be off the menu.

The Samsung is without a doubt an excellent screen, but it's very small.

RS are doing a 32" Samsung for £280 at the moment.

Thanks for the advice about the Bush. I will not get that. The thing is, I read some reviews on the LG 26LG3000 and they all seemed to say that it had bad contrast and bad sound. I noticed that RS have the LG26LH2000 for £269.95

LG 26LH2000 | 26 inch LCD TV HD Ready Freeview | Richer Sounds

so I read some customer reviews for this (Amazon mainly). They were pretty much all positive. As far as I know this TV has the same connections and specifications, but do you think it is worth the extra money? Cheers.

By the way, the Samsung 26B450 seems to be about £320 but I only did a quick Google product search.

Is there any point in 1080 screens smaller than 32/37 inches?

So what do you think about the 25LH2000? The 25B450 is too expensive, and I will not be connecting it to a computer (maybe to a laptop occasionally but not permanently).

Looking for exactly the same. Getting Virgin with a V+ box installed. Will be watching a lot of Sport. Don't want a huge TV, looking around the 22-26 range. Maximum 32. Want to try and keep it under the £300 mark incl some kind of extended warranty. A lot to ask but time are hard!!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated
