Which 40" for up to 1k?

I've finally taken the decision to buy a new tv after Christmas, a la January sales!

Now I haven't got Sky (nor will I be getting Sky), so I will just relying on the feed through the aerial, or maybe through cable (Virgin). I was thinking of getting one which incorporates Freesat, but will this mean I need to get a dish installed? This could well prohibit me from getting freesat.

There will be a mix of uses going on SD (mainly), HD and PS3.

The latest Samsung 7020 looks nice, but the price needs to fall a little.

Both the Panosonic, and the Sony TV's with Freesat look good as well.

If there's a real bargain to be had for £600 then great, I don't want to spend a grand if I can get as good a tv for less!

Any help or guidance would be appreciated as i'm somewhat lost amongst all the options!

Look at the Panasonic 42V10 plasma

Yes, you do need a dish for Freesat!
