Recommend Full HD LCD <£500 (UK)

Looking for an upgrade over my 32" HD Ready Viewpia set, could stretch to £600 if it's really worth it.

Any recommendations appreciated, 40-42" if posssible.

Many thanks for the links, but the obvious question I guess, is the 550 worth the extra?

I've also noticed the 551 listed, some of the sites are not listing the full specs, how does the responce time compare on these?

The 551 is the same as the 550, just cosmetic differences

I would definitely spend the extra. The 550 is a great performer for SD and HD and puts most of its more expensive rivals to shame.

Received the TV today, Picture quality on HD content is great, sound is a little meh but it's ok and the picture seems way too dark in some blu rays i've played but that might have something to do with the software I'm using to play them.

One complaint I guess would be that I can't use the HDMI connection directly to my PC, the image looks wrong and it's not using the whole screen so using VGA for now, the HDMI slot also labeled DVI mades no difference.

On the Samsung website they have LE40B550 and Samsung LE40B550M2H, which update file do I download?
