panasonic L32u10 v L32x10

hi there
finally decided to get the x10, when i chanced upon a good deal for the u10 - at 379 from dixons!
very few reviews out there regarding the u10, and was wondering if anyone out there owns a set or has seen what both sd and hd content looks like...
heard that it's a 'stripped down' version of the s10, and apart from a few things like connectivity and features, it's basically an s10. wonder if that's true? if so, the price tag seems unbelievable.

so, would anyone still go for an x10 over the u10? or vice versa?

any help will be much appreciated! thanks!
