Philips 32PFL7404H: any good?

I found this 32" LCD TV at 590 Euro so I was wondering what do you think about it.

I am interested about it because it's a 100Hz and has a CI+ slot (that needs to watch in high definition next events of my pay tv).

I have narrowed the coiche between this one and a Toshiba RV 32" which have 50Hz than of 100Hz

Does 100Hz very important on a 32"?

What do you suggest to get?

Which one has the best scaler?

Thanks in advance.

Out of the Toshiba and the Philips I would definitely go for the Philips myself. It's the best 32" model I've seen so far
