Samsung LE-46B750, Sony KDL-46W5500, Panasonic TX-P42G10 or Panasonic TX-P42V10?

Hi,

I want to buy an new TV mostly for SD television (60%) and Bluray (40%). The viewing distance is approx. 3.5 - 4m (11.5 - 13ft). I've selected two LCDs and two plasmas so far:

Samsung LE-46B750
Sony KDL-46W5500
Panasonic TX-P42G10 (plasma)
Panasonic TX-P42V10 (plasma)

My wife finds 46" too big, but due to the "slim" look of the Samsung and Sony it's ok. The Panasonics are pretty clunky, so 42" is the max size.

Which one would you recommend (and why)?

Thanks

At that distance you really need a 50" and even then you wont see any benefit from full HD over HD ready. BTW. the V10 is a lot thinner than the G10.

I'd get a Panny P50X10 and save some money too.

50" is unfortunately too big, it doesn't fit into our furniture. Good point, the V10 is a lot more elegant than the G10.

buy a new furniture then, im not kiddin at 4 meter 50 is minimum.
other wise it will just be a waste of money, as u wont see any diff between 720p and 1080p.

u can get and LG PS8000 great set and very good price.

or u can stick to the plazma 50 G10.

actually a 60inch would be perfect.
