how many bolts to hold a 37" screen?

hi all,
just got a wall mounting bracket for a panny 37" plasma
(bracket will fit 37" - 60" screens).
the bracket came with 6 bolts and plugs for mounting but i'm guessing i wont have to use all 6 for a 37" screen.....i was thinking i could get away with 4?
....the bolts are the sort to fit a plug that uses a 1/2" masonary bit.

i know it probably pays to be safer than sorry....but i know from experience how hard my walls are.

does anyone with expereince know.......would 4 bolts suffice a 37" screen?
cheers in advance.

Hi reevesy,

You must use all Six if thats what was supplied, I am that old to remember Feet and Inches I think thats 12mm ish.
I used that for hanging my plasma but I had 8!.
Get a good quality masonry bit and borrow if you havent got one a proper drill, and on hammer setting, it is not a problem.
One of my companies we or the staff use them all the time unless you are into granite or reinforced concrete which does take a bit of time and a couple of bits then its the kit you are using.

Hope its of help. Do it properly yes you are right piece of mind.

Waterhorse.

I used 6 but i think about 4 of them are strong enough.

My wall was a bit crap so had to use a mates drill. very important you use a good drill with these things.

i didnt use the concreat anchors that came witht he bracket but used longer ones 10mm. That way should give it a bit more support.
