Re: tilt and turn 40w4000 wall mount

At the higher-cost end of the scale are the Vogels scissor-arm brackets.

I have a Samsung LE40N73 mounted on a Vogels EFW 6345 bracket. The important thing about this type of bracket is that they allow the TV to pull straight out from the wall, which then provides the clearance to turn a large TV from side to sdie through a large angle. The bracket also allows the TV to tilt.

It's expensive (over £200 3 years ago) but it's a very nice piece of kit and operates very smoothly.

The Samsung is a 200x200mm VESA mount which is at the bottom of the Vogels bracket size range. You would need to check that the bracket would fit to your TV of course.

There are much cheaper options if you don't need this range of movement.

Re: tilt and turn 40w4000 wall mount

Hi

There's two options here depending on your usage. The first one has pre-tensioned friction bosses which hold the TV solidly in place once positioned. This is good if your only turning the TV occasionally or having it in one place permanently.

The second bracket has a lovely Free-Motion which is great for if you will be constantly changeing the position of the TV. This one is very slim once pushed back too at 74mm.

M-Form - 32" to 52" Articulated Universal LCD/Plasma Bracke

M-Form - 37" to 52" Free Motion Cantilever Bracket (Black)

Hope this helps.

Re: tilt and turn 40w4000 wall mount

Hi

The first one is 125mm deep and the second one is 74mm deep. This would mean to the front of your TV 235mm and 184mm respectively.

Hope this helps
