Sony KDL-46W5100 Mount...

I've recently purchased a 46' Sony LCD (KDL-46W5100 | 46" BRAVIA W Series LCD HD Television | Sony | Sony Style USA) for my bedroom. Along with this TV i went ahead and purchased this wall mount :Newegg.com - BYTECC BT-3260ATSX-BK Black 32" - 60" Double Aluminum Arm Extended TV Wall Mount - TV Brackets

The mount alone weights about 30lbs. The TV alone weighs in at about 55lbs.

Now the wall i want to mount this on is between two rooms. I have already measured and found the studs in the wall and the mount will be able to secure to 2 studs when mounted.

Will the wall be able to hold up this amount of weight? I want to mount it specifically for the tilt feature since the TV will be sitting a little higher than normal. I just dont want to come home one day to find my brand new LCD on the floor.

Here are some pictures of the wall and where the TV is currently sitting.
The wall right behind the TV is the one in question.

I still have to sand and paint, i already ran power behind the TV on the wall and wires to hook up all my components.

Re: Sony KDL-46W5100

Ok so i got it all hooked up yesterday. I didn't bother painting the walls since i plan to be moving in about 5-6 months or so. I ran all the wires through a PVC pipe i placed in the wall with bends coming out of the wall. I also have a power outlet directly behind the TV.

Was a lot easier than i had anticipated. Had my brother (weighs about 165lbs) do some pull ups on it just to make sure it was real secure.

Here are some pictures.

Re: Sony KDL-46W5100

Looks great!

I just bought this TV, and noticed that it leans forward a little when bolted onto its stand. Did you have this same issue when your TV was mounted on its stand?
