I have a Tivo machine but I am now upgrading to Sky+. I would like to convert my Tivo to a all purpose hard drive recorder so I can put all my favorite videos on it for instant recall. How can I do this!

Good job you're keeping your TiVo because I suspect you'll need it again in a few weeks when you get tired of the limitations of Sky+

Just a shame you won't be able to sell the Sky+ on eBay for as much as you paid for it in 2 years time - unlike a TiVo!
