Homechoice VOD PQ problem. Help!

Hi All

I've got a new 43MXE1, which displays fine, except for when I am watching video-on-demand from Homechoice, where it goes all craxy and starts displaying in grey and flickering non-stop. For other Homechoice channels like BBC or Paramount, its fine, its just for on-demand stuff like movies and music.

I've tried turning on and off all the PQ settings in the main menu, but it doesn't appear to fix it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
