Dexter failed on me !

Was watching something else and recording Dexter last night when I noticed the box was still recording long after the prog should have finished. Remote wouldn't work and eventually had to switch box off at the mains.

Recording failed as a result of course so keeping my fingers crossed that showing next Thursday is repeat of first episode of series 3.

What a bonus that it's on Anytime in HD

The season opener is also repeated tomorrow night.

Ooh, I didn't know that. Just switched my anytime back on again. I bet it's gone before mine is back up and running again.

mine failed on me to. I recorded NCIS, then Dexter. Watched Hells Kitchen at 9pm then watched NCIS that i recorded and thought i'd watche Dexter this morning. It showed that it recorded on my planner i then pressed the green button for a series link and hey presto Dexter disappeared!!

never mind watching on Anytime now

Somehow my box had a technical fault last night but Dexter got away unscathed.

Also the new DOG is distracting

, I'm going to watch it again on Anytime.

Once thing I did notice was the Adverts FXHD never used to have them

Is the Dexter on Anytime actually HD?? It says so but looks very much like a good upscale to me. Also as well I noticed Family guy flagging as HD, only it was 4:3 and never looked like HD to me.

I don't know (I haven't sat down to watch it yet). But I did watch the original FXHD broadcast ... with adverts ... and a "FXHD UK PREMIERE" DOG. I would much rather watch a good upscale on Anytime than this !

So much better watching it on anytime, dogless and without ads.

I don't suppose they'll be showing the whole series on Anytime ?

They seem to show the first couple of episodes of things like Lost and 24 and then don't show the rest.
