QE2 "sunk" without trace

I set my box to record "Timewatch - QE2 The final Voyage" last night at 8pm.

I know that it was in the planner because I noticed that it made up a dual recording with Eureka.

When I came home last night only Eureka was recording. It seems that a repeat of WDYTYA was on instead. This morning I found a hidden "FAILED" recording which proved that I had not been hallucinating.

What happened ?

This is realy annoying as I specifically chose not to record it from BBC2 on Saturday because the Radio Times had kindly (for once !) included a caption saying that it was to be shown on HD on Tuesday.

Regards
