1408........

Decent film that I've seen before and watched again on Anytime last night.

However, for the first 15 minutes, regardless of the surround effect used (Yamaha 763), I was getting vocals out of the surrounds. The film was only Dolby Stereo, so obviously the processor was doing it's stuff. It just seemed very odd and settled down later in the film to the dialogue coming from the front. Anyone else experience this????

Re: 1408........

How strange for a mainstream movie not to have a DD5.1 soundtrack.
Anyhow I watched it via Anytime with the amp using DPII and no problems with the rear sound field in the first 15 mins, dialogue was from the center speaker.
Some might say spooky
