Can anyone remember a BBC2 (very) mini series called In The Red.

Sort of political satire had Stephen Fry and basically loads of famous british actors - pretty much a satire of politics and the bbc. Very funny but not heard anything about it since. It did exist - someone tell me i'm not going mad

I saw this years ago and really enjoyed it. I can't remember much about it apart from the guy in the leather jacket with his handful of pound coins
