Did anyone ever see a cartoon on the Beeb about 25 years ago called Mother ubu?

All I can remember is green stuff coming out of her belly.
It's right up there with Mr Creosote.

There is ashort cartoon based around UBU ( the king) which is a surreal play about a despot.

I've a strange suspicion that I know who did it back in the dim recesses of my memory: maybe Mark Baker :I'll have a shufty about.

I suspect the one I've seen is by Geoff Dunbar.

Do a search on the IMDB. There is one titled "Mere Ubu" that might be the one you've seen but its more recent I think. My money is on the Dunbar one ( kinda fat blobby inkline characters with a red target shape painted on his belly: from memory)

Don't know if its available anywhere.
Geoff Dunbar himself may be contactable. He's based in the UK last time I checked.
