I've only watched the episode Partners In Crime so far. I found the 5.1 remix more engaging than the previous releases. Picture quality was very good too until it came to the closing credits. There was a kind of shimmer on the image which makes it impossible to read the credits. I've checked the next episode and it's the same. This problem is not on my recordings from the original transmissions and I've played the disc on two players.

Has anyone else bought this yet and if so have you noticed any problems?

It would seem no one else has bought this so does anyone have an e-mail address for BBC 2 Entertain. I found their site before I posted this but couldn't see an address. I think if I take it back the replacement is liable to be the same.

Dear Brian

Thank you for contacting DVD Support. The credits on this title roll past very quickly - this is not a fault but simply that the movement is so fast.

The cast / crew actually make reference to this on several of the commentaries.
