Have to admit, one of the few reality tv programmes that I watch.

One of the even fewer programmes on ITV

Recorded and will watch shortly while I make Pancakes

Re: X Factor

Anyone know if this is being broadcast on ITV HD (in proper HD, not upscaled SD) on Freesat?

It'd make me go and buy a freesat HD box tomorrow. Well, maybe not tomorrow, but before next weekend. Well, actually not next weekend cos I'm going out - but you know what I mean.

Thanks,

Matthew

Yep.

Will all the intro's, you can tell who's going to pass and who's going to fail too.

Should skip some of the sentimental (can leave that for later shows) and show more auditions.

Absolutely, something very wrong with the texture, both myself and my wife thought the same, initally we wondered if the undead look was in fashion or something, but whatever has happened it's not good, and it's so bad it can't even be covered up by makeup.

Agreed, the more delusional they are about their abilities, the more amusing it becomes.

Unlike previous series, I didn't even think the ones they were lavishing praise on seemed much cop, I wondered if they had become so depressed with the level of the applicants that anybody with a half decent voice sounded like a breath of fresh air.

Gonna be fun, love this program I know I shouldn't and it's really only two steps removed from poking fun at delisional muppets but dang it's amusing to watch.

Cool Re: X Factor

Those two might make a mint from this, have you heard Moyles show of late, even they are getting in on it.

In a real irony, the one lads voice really wasn't that bad, infact some might say it was actually better than a great many no hopers which have managed to at least make stage 1 previously, I think there was just no coming back from awful duo they did.

Those funny little moustaches they had as well were prettty amusing , bless.

A few people I have spoke to also noticed this. I know Danny has had loads of plastic surgery which IMO is a shame as she has always been a good looking woman. It was almost like her skin for her right eye didnt line up with her eye socket.

I can just see the surgeon watching the show thinking

The more I watched the youtube clip you can see 'Ant' smirking all the time.

When they land some deal for advertising or something and scoop the cash then they will have the last laugh.

On the radio today it said they have to get through 2 auditions before going in front of Simon, we all know the Producers put through rubbish to keep it entertaining.

Re: X Factor

This weeks show didnt have any sob stories at all.

Maybe X-Factor are realising that no one really cares about the sob stories.

The last act with the white dreads was very funny. She was a complete nightmare.

Re: X Factor

I think the format is getting a little tired. Half the show is the 'intro' - all loud, fast sweeping cameras, huge crowds, waving, dancing, ugly people, attractive people.....with very little in between!

Then the auditions 'don't go well' - they're all bad, until one good one (usually the sob story)- "oh, can this be a sign?" - yes, all of a sudden, its all 'Yes, yes yes!'

I like this stage, good entertainment. But, they do drag the auditions out. Last year went on for weeks before they got to the boot camp. I think this year will be the same, but longer

Anyone know the date of the live shows?

The saving grace is Danni M and the Tweedy-Cole How white are those teeth!
