Olympics 2008

No Olympics thread? There's one in the HD TV section, but not here for us peasants?

So i was just wondering a good guide to time one's recordings from? The freeview seems to have broken stuff into huge blocks, and i had been hoping there'd be an easier solution - eg: record X sport -> whole series -> ok

So anyone got any suggestions.
