Re: 28 weeks later on SkyPremierHD

I've been looking round the forums and suprised to find there's very little about this film.
I finally got to watch it the other night and I have to say I thought it was a great movie, much better than the first (which I also enjoyed a lot). With films like this I always put myself in the situation which made it very disturbing.
Sure it was obviously influenced by the Dawn of the Dead remake, but it was different enough not to be blatant or over done.

One of those films I wasn't expecting much from but was very pleasantly suprised. PQ wasn't too shabby either.

Another interesting thing is that it was shot on Super 16. The format that BBC HD won't use for HD.

I thought the transfer in this example was very good.

Re: 28 weeks later on SkyPremierHD

Me, personally, thought it was rubbish. Felt like I had wasted a couple of hours of my life that I would never get back!!! First one was good, thought this one was just trying to cash in. At least the PQ was good. Each to their own.....
