Re: Any Word On Twin Peaks Series 2?

It was available on a dutch release if I remember. Don't think it's been released in the UK

You can also buy a complete box set on R1 with everything in it I think.

Have a rummage on amazon marketplace

Exclamation Re: Any Word On Twin Peaks Series 2?

HI,

"Twin Peaks: The Definitive Gold Box Edition" is released on Region 1 on 28th April 2008. As will a seperate "Season 2 "boxed set on the same day, and a re-release of "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me". The "Definitive...." set will contain:

- All of Season 1, plus 2 editions of the Pilot Movie/Episode
- The UK (106m) edition of the Pilot Movie/Episode,
- The US (90m) edition of the Pilot Movie/Episode.
- All of Season 2
- Documentary: "A Slice of David Lynch" which includes the case sitting on a set in Los Angeles, drinking coffee and eating cherry pie with cast members Madchen Amick, Kyle MacLachlan, and personal assistant John Wentworth,
- "Secrets from Another Place: Creating Twin Peaks" is a four-part look into how the show came about, the filming of both seasons, and the creation of the music by composer Angelo Badalamenti and singer Julee Cruise.
- "Black Lodge Archive" features six different items ranging from the "Falling" music video to bumpers and galleries
- Japanese TV adverts, showing Agent Cooper selling Georgia Coffee,
- and much more.

This 10-disc set, features all 30 newly re-mastered episodes, all-new 5.1 Surround Sound soudtracks for every single episode, new interviews, new introductions to each episode, courtesy of the cast members, and hopefully, the original "Log Lady" intros as well. However, the set DOES NOT contain "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me"!

Re: Any Word On Twin Peaks Series 2?

I got the season 1 UK release a few years ago, Amazon.co.uk have it for 25 quid new, although you can probably pick it up cheaper.

Amazon.com have the region 1 version of S2 for $37.99, and some of the marketplace sellers are a few bucks cheaper. Probably cost you just over 20 quid shipped.

The R1 Definitive Gold Box Edition can be had for under $70, but you may get stung by Customs

Re: Any Word On Twin Peaks Series 2?

It not surprising that the US have this all singing & dancing (and talking backwards version

The original region 1 didn't have the pilot......

Looking forward hopefully to a region 2 version (shame I'll have to buy series 1 again)
