First the movie, then the book?

A friend of mine got me thinking...
We all know hundreds of movies that were based on a book, but can anyone give examples where the book was based on the movie?

The only ones that immediately come to mind are the 'Novelisations' of the Star Trek movies.

2001: A Space Odyssey. The book and the screenplay were written simultaneously, but the film was finished before the book I believe.
