Anyone watching this BBC mini?, im enjoying it, with its use of 'hip instumental' music.
Timothy Spall as fagin, and Tom Hardy as Bill Sikes are the standout characters.

other well known names staring are Gregor Fisher, Rob Brydon, Sophie Okonedo, Sarah Lancashire, Edward Fox.

The moment where we were introduced to Bill Sykes was just full of menace!! Does anyone know when it will be repeated as I've missed part 2?

Im finding it hard to watch and not think this isnt as good as the original and im not the biggest fan of that film either

The cast seem ok i dont really know many of them just the odd few.

Check the BBC schedules for next week, I think somes eps are repeated in the early hours and I'm pretty sure it's also repeated in bigger chunks (a few eps lumped together) later in the week. Don't know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if the early hours repeats are signed.

thats right - next week its on in the afternoon.
