Smile Hostage movies

Watched "Mad City" tonight with John Travolta and Dustin Hoffman and it struck me that hostage movies really appeal to me and there are quite a lot of them about

So what hostage movies are your favourites?

Mine include:

Bandits
Con Air
Dog Day Afternoon
Face/Off
From Dusk Til Dawn
Go
The Hole
Joy Ride
Mad City
Minority Report
The Negotiator
The Rock
Speed
Swordfish
Three Kings
Way of the Gun

Die Hard (Ultimate Hostage film)
Natural Born Killers (Ends with hostages)
Under Seige
Predator

I would argue with a couple of your choices

From Dusk Til Dawn - Not really a hostage movie, vampire flick, mind you, been a long time since I seen it.
The Hole - Again a horror movie, not really hostage
Minority Report - Not really a hostage movie, the girl is taken because she wants to go, not kidnapped and used as a bargaining chip.

To me the real hostage films are those where are a group of people are kept against their will and saved by a lone ranger.

Clooney and Tarantino hold Keitel's family hostage for the majority of the movie. It's only when the vampires start piling in that they start to work together. They also take a few hostages before that

Cool

Suddenly with Frank Sinatra.
Seem to remember one called Split Second where a some escaped convicts take some hostages and hide out in an area due to very shortly be used as a atom bomb test area

Then there is Desperate Hours but I wouldn’t say it was one of my favorites.
