I heard a rumour that because the first two seasons of the simpsons on dvd didn't make big bucks that they weren't gonna release anymore. Does anyone know if this is true?

I dont think that is the case. I am sure I read somewhere that series 3 was due out in the Summer.

It was supposed to be released last October...then December...then next Easter and now Summer?

I'm never gonna get to buy them all

then again. Matt groening himself said in the intro of the first season that by the time the last season comes out on DVD, we have to start all over again as a new format will be out by then.
