DangerMouse - Back on Terrestrial TV!

Hi,

The classic 1980's ITV animation series, "Danger Mouse", is being rerun in full on BBC2 from tomorrow lunchtime - that's Monday 12th February - around 12:10pm. Episodes will air most weekdays (Mon-Fri) for the next few weeks, and the best thing, is that there aren't any advert-breaks either!

So get sat down, for 25-minutes of complete and utter classic animated comedy, with the great vocal talents of David Jason and Co!

Lastly, what was the name of the white, fluffy worm-like pet of Baron Silas Greenback, that appeared quite frequently in the show, albeit without any talking to do?!

Bought the complete box set a while ago when HMV of all people had it on special offer.

Why is it being shown from the start of season 2?

Hi,

Typical me - I've only gone and missed the show.

As for why the BBC is starting with Series 2, it's only down to the daytime BBC2 schedules being a bit fussy, this week. Series 1, (the 10-minute episodes) start airing from Monday 19th Feb, e.g. next week), and then the rest of the series should then be shown, in the correct order.

Oh, and "Top Cat" and a few other shows return next week too. I'll be posting more about all of this, on Saturday 17th Feb, with a special "TV Update", in the usual thread! So keep your eyes peeled, folks!
