Hi RT,

I only watched that Pop Idol right at the end as I had my son's ex girl friend staying at the time and she was rivetted to the programme. That's my excuse (genuine!)

I wondered what had happened to her. She's to be admired for changing her life around so much. I won't be buying her Lifeplan DVD but I would imagine it could inspire a lot of people, who need to do the same. Thank you for the link.
