I've just finished watching the Season 2 DVD - absolutely gold !!!!

I notice that Denny Crane en all are back for the third season starting on Living TV this Thursday

I would urge everyone to give it a go. It's awesome

Yep season3 is a strong as ever although there are changes which take some getting used too (if you can) and you'll love Shirley markII, say no more

Watched episode 1 last night
Pleased to say its as good as ever and they've developed the Jerry Espensen character some more.
The picture seemed sharper than in previous seasons - did anyone else think the PQ was unusually good?

Yep, I really can't understand why no terrrestrial channel have picked this up. It'd be ideal for C4 or 5.

I watched season 1, superb, but for some reason I never caught season 2.

I've been watching all of season 3 so far and it's also been superb. Anyone know if season 2 of Boston Legal is showing, or planning to be shown, anywhere in the schedules?

I'm not sure that I like the way that they are trying to make new characters more and more outrageous with a midget providing Denny Crane's love interest plus a rather large transvestite now employed as an assistant in the office and an Asperbergers sufferer with ticks and twitches aplenty featuring most weeks.

The redeeeming feature is the dialogue which remains as sharp as ever.

From what I've read elsewhere the Aspergers guy is going to become a major character next season, with a few of this seasons regulars being axed.

Apparently the ones leaving include Mark Valley, Rene Auberjonois (sp?), the girl that Clarence goes out with and Denise

The redeeming side to the Asperbergers sufferer character is that he is a genius and we've seen this come out in a few episodes. I did find him most annoying when I was first introduced to him, but I now enjoy the interplay between him and Alan.

If some of the regulars are leaving I hope that Jeffrey Coho comes back as I thought that his was an excellent character.

As long as Denny & Alan (and to a lesser extent Shirley) stay ill be happy as those three really run the show.

They should bring back Poole as well as he was funny (someone even nuttier than Denny)

To answer my own question, season 2 is currently playing most nights / mornings, 3:00am, on Living TV. I caught episode 4 last night and will continue with it from there
