MKV files.....easiest way to get onto DVD?

Been quite happily using avi2DVD for my conversions, but now i have some episodes in MKV format. Can anyone recommend the easiest way to convert these to dvd, to player on a standard dvd player, and viewed on a standard CRT.

Don't tell me you don't know how to use Google...

Googling mkv and convert gives you this.

. I was wrapped up in something else and figured someone on here might have already used a tried and trusted method is all.
