Farscape no more.

I read the other day that Sci Fi are quitting on Farscape and it'll finish with 4 being a cliff-hanger, sadly. I've seen some of 4 and there are some top episodes. A real shame and mystery really as it gets critical and viewer acclaim. The weirder thing is Sci Fi are said to be pulling away from space/craft/alien type stuff in favour of yet more sixth sense stories.
At least Joss Whedon's new show Firefly is a space venture which is due out in October in the states, so something to look forward to.

Cool

I read this morning, the scripts have even been written for the next series but I think Sci-Fi pulled out at the last moment.
Someone is getting a petition up.
They also hope if not a TV series there will be a movie.

It's a shame this has been cancelled. Sci-Fi's holding company is in a bit of financial trouble at the moment. Orders are to make maximum profit from minimum outlay. This could be a major factor in its demise.

Sad loss. A bit more info here. If you read it, things may be more hopeful for Stargate SG-1, hopefully. Rigel will be sadly missed, best character of the lot.

Damn right, I only hope the fans of Farscape [including me] will continue to put pressure on the TV company to rethink their position on reinstating this frankly brilliant series.

Keep the faith, people!

What happened about the pregnancy - my kids went mad and I missed a couple of lines of dialogue?
