Chelsea v Notts. Forest
Anybody got any idea why the Chelsea game is not on BBC HD but the scum was yesterday?

I loved the commentator's comment regarding the increase in attendance over recent years...

How many Chelski supporters are true genuine supporters who supprted their team say 5 years ago, and how many are simply on the glory-hunting bandwagon?

Nice just be in the today's draw and not be to bothered about getting a tie with a big club, the rewards of promotion next season are so huge nothing else is important.

No I don't care for Chelski, I was just wondering why the game was not HD.
For the record I am a Scouser and scum are red side of manchester, nothing personal but that how it goes.

I think there is a lot to the idea that a team which is riding high tends to get the breaks be it pure luck or an above average amount of decisions in their favour.

I expect it was simply a resource allocation decision.
The BBC have limited HD capable OB units and they may have been in use elsewhere perhaps just for normal SD coverage.
Unlike SKY the BBC have not comitted themselves to complete HD coverage of the FA cup or other football events they are the host broadcaster for.
