Was just reminded on William Gallagher's UK DVD Review podcast of this excellent late 70s / early 80s ITV espionage series with Roy Marsden heading MI6 special ops division, the so called Sandbaggers
Series 1 (1978, 7 episodes) and 2 (1980, 6 episodes) are quite cheap at the moment at Sendit.com (formerly Blackstar)
- both are £7.89, 2-discs each
The third and final series (1980, 7 episodes) is out 15th Jan; and also appears to be cheapest at Sendit, at £12.89, though its bound to drop in a month or two
Not exactly Spooks (and they're MI5 anyway ), but a very good drama/thriller series, worth checking out
Roy Budd's classic theme tune and the opening titles of episode 1 ...
