What a sad loss - he has made some classic movies. My favs are
Ronin and French Connection 2. I also really enjoyed the directors cut of Reindeer Games (deception).

Weird... I just picked up the Manchurian Candidate DVD on Saturday. (£9.99 at HMV)

I haven't seen Grand Prix, but MC is just a brilliant film.
