Its being directed by Johnathan Mostow isnt it?

He made a good job of U-571, especially the sound, so T3 should turn out to be a Home Cinema favourite.

I stand corrected, sources tell me that Linda Hamilton IS in the film, but for a short period only..T3 is set approx 15 years after T2..

Any one see the pics of Arnie throwing Linda's coffin into the back of a van. A bit comical if you ask me.

Is Arnie going to be a good terminator or a naughty terminator in this one?

RDB

PS Shame about Mr Cameron doing a runner on this one. Let's hope it's still as good as T1 & T2.

Oh it does! Remember that the bad terminators always start off naked in the film

Dont get your hopes up. Shell probably come through as a guy and then take on the form of a woman, who happens to be fully clothed.

Apparently James Cameron waived the rights to T3, on the condition that if it were to be made, then Jonathan Mostow MUST direct it.

I just watched the trailer (http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/t3/). Who are they kidding calling that a "teaser trailer"?? Sheesh! That's what I'd call "animated graphics of the title of the film accompanied by the theme tune"

Thats what a "Teaser Trailer" is..as opposed to "Theatrical Trailer" which shows scenes from the movie..

Usually you get a bit more of a tease than just the damn title of the movie!

They should've made the T3 teaser trailer something more impressive than just the morphing logo. Who remebers the teaser for T2 many years ago, showed the production line building up the T800's? That didn't show any parts of the film, but it still got the audience roaring with excitement from what was shown!

Ive noticed they do that a lot - I think that it must be to do with the MPAA or whatever they are called, cos the film is still in post production at the mo, so not fully ready for viewing by the censors/rating people.

Yeah, not just a N American thing either. They had something similar on the Attack of the Clones posters that were advertising the movie over here - and they only went up a couple of weeks or so before the first night from what I remember. Guess it took a while to agree a rating after the heavy discussions about the headbutt

Yes, I shall be judging the quality of the movie by whether the Special Edition DVD uses DVD-18s or DVD-9s. If it uses DVD-18s then it will be a "must own" without question.
