Talking Scooby Doo

Well, the film, good or bad, compared to the tv series?

Saw it on Wednesday...

Scooby could have been done a little better

Shaggy is great

Thelma.... Buffy!

Story for me was a little weak but worth a look if you got nothing else to do on a wet Sunday afternoon.

6.5/10 i'd say

Taz.

Saw a dodgy version last night, as I wasnt going to pay to see it.
Not as bad as the trailer makes it look but its still not very good 3.5/10.
Actually thought the girl who played Thelma was better looking than Gellar.

Just got back from seeing it this afternoon, for a film that is aimed torwards kids it wasn`t too bad,no where near as bad as the reviews would have you belive and scappy doo makes an appearance, won`t spoil it for you but if you hated him as much as me when I was growing up then you are in for a treat! the shaggy character is spot on,yeah Scooby could have been done better, but Gellar looks hot,and the deleted lesbian(hints of apparantly)scenes, and more adult humour on the dvd should be worth a look.If you grew up on the `Doo then it is probably worth going to a cheap seats session at your local flea pit.

saw it tuesday, not as bad as the reviewers make out but not as good as the cartoon.
shaggy was spot on (voice and actions),scooby doo sounded pretty much like the cartoon but just doesn't look right(surley they could have asked g.lucas for tips on cgi )
story is pretty lame, but for a movie that is really aimed at kids what do you expect
still worth a look at though

p.s. scrappy doo still anoys the hell out of me

Shaggy definitely made this film just watchable. Absolutely perfect. The rest of them were pants really, didn't make enough effort to be like their characters for my liking.

Scooby Doo was good - basically a live action episode of the cartoon updated a little for the new millenium.

It's worth watching, but isnt exactly high art.

Minority Report on the other hand - that's *excellent*
