Saw the Saturday crossover ep. and nice to see David Caruso stretching himself and playing the exact same character he always plays! The end was a bit weird, to me, with Marg Helgenberger going all girlie idol-like to him and practically offering to pleasure him on the spot. Though of course you always get the sensitive wise words of comfort with Caruso to store for dire life event times, so no bad there!
The ep. was shot well though with effective use of the surrounds. I'm not sure if there's room for yet another spin-off of a crime type show which closely resembles it's progenitor? Still I suppose there'll be Marg for the thinking man and David for the thinking woman to drool over - or vice versa and inbetween pending...
