Sorry to be controversial. I hope I'm wrong about the new movie.

Just that the cast are getting old (look at Data for example, he's an Android that gets older?) and I just think that the story line seems a bit recycled.

I'm sure it will be technically excellent (as usual) but in these days of declining plot standards, we really do deserve some original thinking.

Or failing that, just up the violence content like the did for "First Contact".

Don't like star trek. This look like a load of rubbish to me.

To say that Apple are such a big company, you'd think they'd spend a little bit more money on bandwidth for their website!

I'm on a 1Mb connection and still haven't finished downloading the trailer while I'm typing this!

But the trailer looks good nevertheless. Should be good on DVD as well, it even sounded impressive on my pc speakers!

Seems like they're using up actors from all over the place, I think I spotted the snotty Vulcan from Enterprise towards the back end of the trailer.

Funny how she hasn't aged a day and is mortal, albeit with a long lifespan as a Vulcan whereas Data is looking, well, hagard and he is supposed to be an imortal machine!

Continuity strikes again.

Ahh but you seem to have forgotten about Datas special aging chip. He ages with the people around him so he blends in better! It was in the excellent episode called 'flaky skin, flaky mind'

And then when they have all died he becomes young again for the ...um ... next generation. (sorry)
