Hi Jase,
Remember them all well, never missed The Banana Splits though, 1banana 2banana 3banana 4 great stuff.

Remember Shazam being popular, was that 70's or 80's?

TISWAS, Sally James, now she was worth getting up for on a saturday morning, what we have now Kat the bloody dog, and untill a few weeks ago Ant and Dec.

Haven't read the link fully but wasn't Jim Davidson in TISWAS or was he just a guest?

IMO i think the 70's were probally the best years for TV....

Who remembers Twizzle?

bob

Hi Bob

Jim Davidson was one of the comedians that used to go on there.

The Banana Splitz were brilliant, also like The Goodies as well, another classic.

Heres a link for you to Twizzle stuff, if its the one!!

http://www.zip.com.au/~raoul/twizzle.htm

Dont remember it myself though

Thats the one,

Use to love that programme, reading the small bit of text, it says it was a boy puppet and all these years on i always thought it was a girl, must admit looks a bit girlie to me.......

Cheers for that, brought back some good memories.
