Hi as the thread title suggests really.

I know its late but I only watched it last night.

Really liked the first part where the showed how the characters has moved on between series. Meadow was looking quite sexy!

The end of the episode is a shocker though you do sense it coming just before it happens.

Does anyone know when season 6 will be out on Region 1 DVD ??

would'nt have thought sersies six would be out that much earlier than region 2..the others have'nt (i think?)
for me ...the sopranos can do no wrong.......great series as a whole and thought this series started off great...dont know how much longer it can go on though .......think james gandolifini may have had enough.
will we evey see a commentry from him on dvd before the show ends?....doubtful i reckon but you never know.

Watched the first two episodes last night, in a word AWESOME!! It's been two years since I watched a brand new Sopranos episode and it was a reminder of what I've missed. Brilliant writing, superb acting and great characters. Once again it shows it's the best TV program ever!

A particular mention has to go to Edie Falco. Her acting in the 2nd episode is absolute class. If it was a movie she would be a shoo in for the Best Actress Oscar.

One other thing that was nice was the length. Because it's HBO you get a full hour per episode compared with the usual 40-45 minutes for most US shows. It gives the story room to breathe, they don't have to rush it to get all the story in as you sometimes feel with other shows.
