I'd have to nominate George Clooney for that one. I don't know what it is - maybe his monotonous voice - but IMO he has no screen presence whatsoever. Maybe not the worst actor, but certainly one of the most overrated.
But then again, I thought Heartbeat was a classic.

Don't know if I'll be able to say his name as the thought of his acting (for want of a better word) causes me countless sleepless nights.
The man I love to hate 'Hugh Grant'.
Theres bound to be more, so I'll add them in l8r

Quentin Tarantino would never get an acting role in a film if it was on acting ability alone.
Nick Berry isn't bad as long as he sticks to the one role that he can play as even he admits that "he doesn't do range"
Huge Grunt is also a one role actor who you either love or hate and my nominations for most wooden actors are :-
Val Kilmer
Keanu Reeves
Heath Ledger

Having foolishly bought 'Driven', Stallone has to be a major contender.

I'm fed up of watching DeNero pulling his mush he has become a caricature of himself.
I'm not saying he's a bad actor,he's made some class films. But not many in the last 5 years

agreed - for 99% of his films, he doesent need to even be an actor. But check out his part in 'Copland' - proves the guy can turn in a decent performance, given half the chance.
btw - dont know if this thread includes female 'actors', but having watched a half-hour of 'Bedazzled' last night, my vote currently goes to Liz Hurley - i've seen better porn acting than that :-).

I vote for that guy in Coronation st. The battersby fella.
How on earth do these people get the work?
And before you say he's not in films - he was in the Full Monty.
