what did u all think?? well, it was better than last week, but thats not saying much!! and the doctor running with the flame etc.....what have they done!!

I enjoyed last weeks as it made a bit of a change but this weeks was back to the same dull rubbish. Not exactly looking forward to next weeks either now that I know the stampy cybermen are back.

I think that's the problem, the original Dr Who seemed to be made with kids in mind but nothing was dumbed down and it wasn't directed directly at them. It had intelligent storys and at times showed a lot of the nastier side of life, as a result of that everybody enjoyed it.

The new series just seems to be made for kids and whilst it is better than a lot of the made for kids junk it's lost a lot of it's appeal. The things like the burping dustbin and the farting Sloveen don't really help matters.
